Earn Your Continuing Education Credits with Garden State Real Estate Academy
As a licensed real estate salesperson or broker in New Jersey, it is crucial to meet the continuing education (CE) requirements set forth by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. During the licensing period, which runs from July 1 of odd-numbered years through June 30 of the following even-numbered year, real estate licensees also must provide proof of completing the necessary CE credits.
You have two options to fulfill the requirements: either complete 12 hours of CE classes designated specifically as “Ethics,” or opt for 12 hours of CE classes that include at least 6 hours of “Core” credits, with a minimum of 2 hours focused on “Ethics,” and an additional 6 hours in either the “Electives” or “Core” topics or a combination of both.
