Tuition may be paid by cash, check, money order or by credit card via the link on this website. In order that sufficient textbooks are available, students should register for the course at least one week prior to the date of the first class. View a full list of our courses we offer

Refunds will be given upon written request of the student so long as that request is received by the Director no later than the day before the first day of class. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from any such refund. There is no refund once a course has begun.

Textbooks appropriate to the type of course taken will be provide by the school and are included in the tuition cost

Dress code for students is at the discretion of the student, provided it is in line with the business atmosphere of the school. Students should have pens, blank notepaper, and a calculator with them in each class

In advance of taking the salesperson licensing course, students should read and become familiar with the licensing requirements as shown here

Graduation from the 75-hour pre-licensing course is required to qualify for taking the state exam, and this can only occur if the student attends a minimum of 80% of class time and obtains at least a 70% score on our school’s final exam. Students who take the class via Zoom must have their camera turned on, with full facial view, throughout each class

The state exam must be passed, criminal background check completed, and the student must enroll with a brokerage within 12 months of completing the 75-hour pre-licensing course

Broker course students must attend at least 80% of all classroom instruction hours and earn at least a 70% score on each of the three courses’ final exams
