Streamline Your Path to NJ or PA Real Estate Licensing with Our Waiver Program

If you currently hold a real estate license in a state that required you to have at least 60 hours in your pre-licensing course, you may be eligible to apply for a waiver of the New Jersey or Pennsylvania 75-hour education course.

You must still pass the state examination. Many states break their exam into two sections, one for “national” questions and one for state-specific questions. New Jersey does not. You will be required to pass the entire 110-question exam which contains a mixture of both state-specific and non-NJ-specific questions.

If you are licensed in another state and are now applying for a PA license, the PA Real Estate Commission only requires you to take the 40-question state part of the examination.

Comprehensive Courses to Help Out-of-State Licensees Master NJ and PA Real Estate Laws

Our 15-hour “Supplemental Course” is approved for licensees in other states who need to learn the NJ-specific laws to pass the state licensing examination.

You can take the course during the day or the evening and live in class or via Zoom. New classes begin every two weeks.

If you hold a Broker license in another state and want to earn your NJ Broker license, you will need to attend our two 30-hour Broker “Agency & Ethics” and “Office Management” courses and then pass the NJ Broker state exam.
