My experience with Garden State Real Estate Academy was excellent. If you are attempting to navigate the waters of the different South Jersey real estate classes there is no gamble here. GSREA’s instructor has purposefully set out to keep class sizes small allowing for in depth topic discussion while also relaying decades worth of accrued knowledge making the NJ real estate licensing coursework much more understandable and applicable.
