To earn a Pennsylvania real estate “Salesperson” license, you must be at least 18 years old, be of good moral character, be a high school graduate (or equivalent), take our 75-hour pre-licensing course, pass the Pennsylvania state exam, and have a criminal history background check. You must then be sponsored by a real estate broker.

LICENSED OUTSIDE OF PA AND WANT A PENNSYLVANIA LICENSE?
If you are licensed in a state other than Pennsylvania and want to add a PA Salesperson or PA Broker license, you can apply for a waiver of the 75-hour Salesperson Pre-licensing or the 240-hour Broker education courses and simply take the state exam that focuses specifically on Pennsylvania laws and regulations. We’ll walk you through those steps in this single 3-hour class, and will teach you what you must know about Pennsylvania laws so you can pass the PA-specific state exam. We include our exclusive textbook, Across the River that let’s you study right up to when you walk into the exam.

Welcome to our 240-hour Pennsylvania Broker Licensing Package Course.
This series is fully approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and is broken into several separate courses. You may take them in any order, but you must complete them all for us to certify you as having completed the required Broker pre-licensing requirements. GET YOUR NEW JERSEY CONTINUING EDUCATION WITH US – In Live Classes, via Zoom, or self-study at your own pace.
All licensees must complete 14 hours of continuing education from an approved school such as Gold Star Real Estate Academy or Garden State Real Estate Academy prior to renewing their real estate licenses on May 31st of each even-numbered year. The requirement applies equally to PA Salesperson and Broker licensees.
Note: If this is the first time you are renewing your PA Salesperson license, the PA Real Estate Commission requires you to take a special CE course for first-time renewals. Click on “Self-Study PA CE classes below and then choose the Pennsylvania “Post-Licensing Sales License” course.
