New Jersey does not have license reciprocity with any other state, but if you are currently licensed in another state you can apply for a waiver of the 75-hour pre-licensing education. However, you still must pass the state exam.

From our contract regulations to the Attorney Review period to landlord-tenant laws and broker escrow and agency representation regulations, it would be inconceivable that an out-of-state agent would pass the NJ exam without studying the legal concepts explained in this book.
